The game itself is perfectly enjoyable, but they shaft you on the ads. If you click to watch for a hint, it won't show you ANYTHING if you're not standing in the exact location. So, you've just made them money with no return for your time. And the ads are long. That is unethical. People click to watch because they don't know the next step.

As much as I love most Five-BN HOP adventure games and the NY Mysteries series, I really, really wish the option to purchase the game was less than $20. Just a few years ago games like this cost $7 or $8, and now it's more than doubled! I fully understand the need to pay for development of the games but this seems excessive. Still, I dig NY Mysteries and am completely devoted to Lost Lands.

I am addicted to these scams I believe I've purchased all of them. for a long while I was incredibly frustrated though because my Android updated and it wouldn't run them. I would open and close them, I would wipe the cache and stored data, uninstall and reinstall them but it would just flip open and either go black or flip open the black and close. But something fixed it now I'm back to staying up way too late trying to solve the puzzles.
